You'll be notified when your items are ready for pickup, or we can arrange for their return to you via courier.

Payment is conveniently settled upon completion of our work on your bike or suspension. If you're picking up your items in person at our shop, you can pay using cash or card. Alternatively, if you opt for the delivery service, you'll make your payment to the courier upon receiving the items, and you can do so with either cash or card

If you are unable to visit our shop in person, don't hesitate to use our convenient online booking form. This tool will generate a shipping label that you can present to your chosen courier company. Simply print the label and attach it to the box containing the items you wish to send to us.
